When it comes to clothes we all love shopping for new clothes and buy new clothes, why? Because it’s just the feeling of being able to wear new clothes and being able to afford them. Ladies more than men loves shopping for clothes, shoes, handbags and jewellery. So if we keep on buying new clothes what do you do with your old clothes?

Sell Your Clothes:

The most popular choices in this day and age because the huge success of auction sites such as eBay is to auction your old clothes off to people all over the world. If you are going to auction your clothes off make sure that you take good pictures of your clothes to make them appear very good to people for when they are looking at your auction listing. They do say the better images of the products will receive a high interest of people than images of products that are not real or are not very good. You could even get a friend to wear your clothes or you could wear your clothes and take pictures like a modelling shoot image.

The downside is that you may not get the full value of the clothes prices that you paid for, because it doesn’t make sense for someone to buy something more expensive second hand than first hand. Only if it’s a rare or a limited edition piece of clothing then you may in some cases make a tidy little profit from the sale of your old clothes on auction sites.

With funny t shirts you will often notice that someone out there will want your old t shirts because if they are retro or vintage style then the older they are then the more prestige they look and the better it looks and the more it ages this cycle will continue.

Donate Them To Charity:

The very rewarding task you may do with your old clothes is to donate them to charity because you may not respect or take care of your old clothes but someone out there who does not share the same luxuries like you do will respect your old clothes wit the highest of dignity. It is a very rewarding task to do to donate your old clothes because some people feel as though they have an attachment, such as they may have received a jumper from their late grandmother and that jumper could be the bond between them both and they may feel its hard to let go.

You can also keep your old clothes in the wardrobe and touch wood but if there was ever to be like a natural disaster such as a hurricane, earthquakes or any other natural disaster or even man made problems. We know of that countries and charities will require old clothes to them distribute to the poor in order for them to have clothes to keep them warm during the winter months and even at night times where in some countries it can get to the point of freezing. Your old clothes could even go as far as saving some ones life, so be careful what you do with your old clothes and appreciate that you can even buy new clothes at any given moment in your life.
