1. Honesty:
Honesty is considered as the most important trait for any leader. With honesty, leaders inspire not just by words, but by actions also. Honest leaders can build their team from ground level. 2. Communication:
Communication should be clear. Leader may be clear in his head what to do, but he must be able to convey the same message so that employees can understand without any misunderstandings. If leader can’t relate his vision to his team, then the team will be working on non matching goals. A leader is expected to maintain confidence level and make sure the team is focusing on the important work. Employees follow the leader and if leaders panic they also panic and vice versa. Leader are expected to lead the employees with example. If leaders show commitment to meet timelines and to grow business day by day, employees will follow the same. Business require good forecasting. Good leader must inspire the team to see the vision of the company at the starting stage itself and make them work towards it. Leader should make sure that every employee is feeling like he is investing something to the organization with his work. By some means like, piece of equity or bonus system must generate enthusiasm for the hard work you are doing. It is important to inspire the employees on future goals and at the same time focusing on current issues. Leader has to keep the spirits up and appreciate the hard work.
