6 Ways To Join The Pakistan Army As A Lady

Are you a lady and you have always wanted to work in the army? Here are some of the ways in which you can join it:

Corps of engineers

To qualify to join the army under this category you should have pursued a degree in any of the following disciplines: civil engineering, town planning engineering, and architectural engineering. You should also be no more than 28 years of age.

Corps of signals

To fit this category you should be no more than 28 years of age. You should also have a Bsc in engineering in the following areas: software engineering or information technology, telecommunication engineering, and information security.

Corps of ordnance

You need to have an MBA in supply chain management, finance, or a Bsc in textile engineering. You should also be at least 28 years of age.

Army services corps (ASC)

You need to have an MBA in supply chain management or finance. You can also fit into the category if you have a Bsc in food science and nutrition.

Corps of electrical and mechanical engineers (EME)

You need to have a BE in the following areas: electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, and computer hardware. You should also not be more than 28 years.

Information and computer technology officers (ICTO)

You need to have a BE in computer engineering, BCS in computer software/computer system and Geo Informatics, Master in software engineering, or master in computer engineering.

Common features

In addition to having the required degree, you should also meet a number of qualifications. For example, you should have a minimum of CPGA of 2.5 out of 4. You should also not have scored a grade D in your examination and your degree should be from a recognized institution.

You should note that if you acquired your qualification as a private candidate you will not be eligible. You should also note that although the required age is 28 years, it can be extended up to 35 years especially if you have better qualification or the right experience.
