How to handle or manage or deal an angry boss in the corporate? A very short tempered boss, who easily gets onto your nerves, who always throw his/her weight around, get easily upset, who shout and behave in an unpredictable manner etc.
Is it easy to work with such bosses? Only the subordinates know how difficult and miserable the life can be when they have to report to such people.

Approach them with a word of assurance or confidence, they will not feel scared. Tell them that you did everything because of them or only due to their guidance. Tell them that you are very scared of them as that will strengthen their confidence and weaken the fear. Approach them with compassion and kindness, as they are sick and diseased.
Sometime you may have deal them differently or harshly. Communicate them very tactfully that you are also very short tempered and you may go wild if you are provoked too much.
Before using the second tip in dealing your boss, understand a bit more about your organization. If your organization is single man controlled and he/she love your boss so stupidly, better you be also stupid as you have no or limited options. If you are working in MNC’s and which is fair and righteous, only then you should use the second option.
