Multi-Branch business management- Operate a single account with consolidated options for all branches.

Production module: The main purpose of this module is to help your production manager know about the garments or orders still laying in the factory and priorities them accordingly.

Alteration module:  With this module, you can now track the number of times a delivered garment gets altered. It shows alteration invoice in different prefix invoices to easily identify the alteration invoice. This also gives perspective to the production staff with an easy marking of the work-order being a part of the alteration item. In addition to that, you also get a counter while making a new alteration invoice, this way you get to understand the number of times the client visited you for alteration on the same garment.

Optimized customer form with quick scan login: This was a long overdue update from us and we truly apologize for the same as well. With the optimization of the client form, the form now looks clean and much easy to handle on a tablet.

Create a list of questionnaires for your client: The main objective of this module is to get rid of paper notepads while you want to quickly list down client's information on sizes or even shapes. This gets useful for an environment when you have a line of clients waiting and you just won't capture the most required information and get done with it for the moment.

Trial module: whenever a garment is ready for trial In the production, you can move that garment from production to your retail outlet or if the outlet and production are at the same location, then directly click on the work-order no or go to sales –manage work order and type the work order number of the invoice. This would show up all the items of that invoice with an option to "Take Trial". Using the "Take Trial" window you can determine the following

  1 . How many trials have been done

  2 . Whether you want to send it for re-trial or final finishing

  1. Take trial notes, these trial notes would get printed on the work order in the factory
  2. Determine at which production stage do you want to send the garment to restart the work on it.

Work orders: You can print QR code of the work-orders and staple them into the fabric for better tracking of the fabrics/clothing.

You also get to see all the openings of that client, in this way you won't miss out on any old order maybe you would save time navigating through multiple orders. This way you get to update promise dates and appointment dates of the invoices or items of the same client at one go and priority list from the same window itself.

Inventory vendor form: We have introduced a few more fields to record more details about the vendors. Now you can record contact numbers, bank details and upload documents or agreements related to the vendors and put a reminder date on the same to receive alerts.

Data security from your user: Now you can hide contact information of yours from your sales team or any user.

Introduction of stand-by data server: we have introduced a new stand-by data server mode, what this basically means for you is the availability of the secondary database server goes down due to some god forbid non-foreseen reasons.

Data security updates : Although we have had SSL secured data servers and API servers since the beginning of ETA’s journey. But we have still added another layer of security on top of that to make sure that the stand-by mode work seamlessly with the same level of security.

Data Back-up operations : We take around 10 distinctive timestamped backups per day in two different servers and two hourly backups.

On top of it one cumulative weekly backup.

You can now turn on bi-monthly data backup and get it in your registered e-mail address. To do the same, you may go to the system settings of the app and turn on the data backup feature of your account.

N.B- Eve if you don’t take any backups, we still keep your data backup with us as a security and data safety measures.

API server changes: we have added a new endpoint to our master endpoint of the API server. This was done because we are going to apply a new set of data caching algorithm to fasten up the data loading process.

ETA is cloud-based and your accounts are safely secured hence it is accessible from anywhere at any location.
