Fish bowl cocktails are the 'in thing' now, especially with customers in their twenties and others who like to go out in groups of friends. Many restaurant managers want to add these drinks to their tavern promotions, but aren't sure if any old fish bowl will do the trick or if they need to buy something specific for fish bowl cocktails. Not all fish bowls are alike, and the fish bowls you use for a cocktail must be chosen with certain details in mind.

1. Logos are a great form of advertising. When purchasing fish bowls, ask your supplier if they also paint logos on the sides. Logos can usually be done professionally, and often at a rebate. If you give customers the option of purchasing the fish bowl along with the drink, you can supply them with a great souvenir or a special night spent in your restaurant.
