Whenever a corporate employee is intercepted in his busy schedule to ask the question of why he/she is always galloping in the organization? The answer will be to acquire knowledge and experience and they strongly believe that only with the above they can be successful in the organization.  Have they understood the boundaries or limitations of knowledge and experience?  What extent the so called academic knowledge or experience is guiding each one of us in our day to day life?

If knowledge and experience are playing only a very small role then what else is guiding or leading us?

It can be understood better and elaborate from the animal world.  The plant eating animals in general may appear not that choosy while eating several plants.  But they are very smart in avoiding the plants that are toxic.  Recognizing a toxic plant by eating or tasting is an easier possibility and that can be understood well.  But before even they sniff such plants,Intutive knowledge linked to DNA Articles the animals avoid them.

How the animals know such plants are toxic and should not be eaten?  If we were to believe that only through trial and error these animals have learnt the art of recognizing and avoiding the toxic plants means how this knowledge would have been transferred from one generation to the other?  How the knowledge would have been preserved.  Definitely the animals do not maintain herbarium hence herbarium as a possibility that can be shown to the next generation to identify the toxic plants are out of scope.  Nor in every generation of animals, there will be one animal that becomes a botanist who guides other animals not to eat toxic plants.

Another interesting aspect is that one generation of animals may not have even seen or encountered such toxic plants whereas the next generation may get exposed to such situations.  How do they recognize and act?

Besides academic learning and experiential learning, a newer possibility of learning does exist and is called ‘intuitive learning’.   The intuitive learning is much deeper, stronger and extremely relevant to all the life forms on earth.

The intuitive learning is also relatively permanent.  It may be dormant as long as such knowledge is not required and become very mitotic or multiplying when a need arise.  The intuitive learning may be getting registered in the DNA of every cell.

Animals generally use all the three types of knowledge in their life.  But the man, unfortunately, making his life possible only with academic and experiential learning.  The academic and experiential learning are like the body and the intuitive learning is only the eyes.  Without eyes, the body will be blind and seeing the world only as dark, formless and non descriptive.

In animal world one must see that how the matriarchal female elephant guides the heard towards water hole during peak summer. Nest building behaviour of birds, migration of birds and animals etc are some the important events happening in animal world well guided by intuitive knowledge.  Innumerable examples can be cited about how animal world is filled with intuitive learning.

Corporate employees and the leaders must know how to acquire and use the intuitive learning besides the so called ‘academic expertise’ and ‘vast experience’.  Develop your intuitive capability and knowledge as well to become successful both in career and in life.
