While the 2015 Speciality Chocolate Fair has come and gone, there's already interest being shown in next year's event to be held once again at Olympia Central Hall. This year the best suppliers offered a wide range of products to appeal to both the aesthetic and gastronomic tastes. Among the selection was a range of cocktail chocolate bars, from fusion pieces with cocktail truffle fillings to milk and white chocolate bars. Hf Chocolates, one of the country's best chocolate suppliers, offered access to pieces produced by Lily O’Brien, along with the packed truffles of Monty Bojangles.

2015 Speciality Fair Highlights

The trade show for 2015 was a three-day affair that lasted from September 6-8. The Chocolate Fair is part of the overall Speciality and Fine Food Fair, which is dedicated to fine dining in general. However, the chocolate fair is dedicated to showcasing nothing but the finest luxury and gourmet chocolate producers - not just from the UK but from all over the world. It truly is a Mecca for chocoholics, where the best of the best compete to bring out the best new products of the year.

Not only does the fair exhibit fine chocolates, it also plays host to events such as Speciality Chocolate Live. This particular segment - set up to educate and provide inspiration for chocolate suppliers and retailers - was hosted by the Chocolate Ambassador, Will Torrent, along with other personalities from the Academy of Chocolate.
