A spokeswoman for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said that may change as lawmakers continue to evaluate the needs of most Americans — especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The same spokeswoman encouraged people to routinely check healthcare.gov for updates and to see if they are already enrolled in Desoto health insurance for extenuating circumstances such as job loss.
