The only notable difference is one just uses slightly smaller vans and often charges much less than the others.

People think that a Van Man would not be enough to move all their belongings:

Normal survey says that on an average a three to four bedroom house moving can easily be done by a good two man team. A lot of people on the team would make them sit idly with no work and even charge money for each of the members. So it’s better to hire a company with less people if your work is not extremely elaborate. The logic also says that the less time the people spend at your job, the less it would cost you.
