Sealing groove bears a relative large pressure on the roller bottom diameter parts and the upper edge of squeezing roll groove under when carrying out the tube deformation, the wear is more serious, and shall form obvious deficiency in this area, making the weld seam of tube billet can not get full deformation, further form "peach" tube after welding. In this case, changing new groove  in time is the best solution. This is also a special kind of wear and tear closed groove .(2) the upper extrusion pressure is small. In the structure of two roller extrusion, when the extrusion pressure is small, it can form the elevation on the squeezing roller, especially in the  the middle and late using period of squeezing roller,closed groove, with the insufficient pressure. The possibility of generating "peach shape tube" is even greater.If the question of "peach shape" is not very serious, may appropriately increase the pressure of  sealing groove and the upper pressure of squeezing roller, by which it can get good control.
