Eligibility Criteria For IIT Delhi Recruitment 2021 –
Educational Qualification
Principal Project Scientist – Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate discipline OR M Tech. ‘1st class or equivalent with 6 years experience. Both Ph.D.’ and M.Tech applicants must have extensive experience with HRTEM (preferably cryo-TEM) OR Optical spectroscopy including lifetime measurements OR subdiffraction limit optical microscopy.
Project Assistant (Tech) – Diploma In the relevant discipline with 8 years of relevant experience. experience in electron microscopy or Optical spectroscopy or optical microscopy is a must the candidates should have experience with web designing preferably.
Project Assistant (Admin) – Graduate degree with 2 years work experience as Sr. Assistant or equivalent post/scale. Applicants must have work experience of Stores/Stock verification/Accounts.

Project Assistant (Tech) – Rs 29,200-31,200-33,200-35,800- 38,400-41,000/- P.m Plus HRA as applicable.
Project Assistant (Admin) – Rs 29,200-31,200-33,200-35,800- 38,400-41,000/- p m Plus HRA as applicable.
