Plus they should be prepared and able to change their own attitudes towards other where and when required doing so.  Social care work act as a challenging task whether physically or emotionally. There are different qualifications that are required in order to be a social care employee. There is a professional qualification that is required, which is a 3 year national diploma. There are some qualified employees who opt for completing their Honours degree in this field and the others will opt for postgraduate qualifications. Moreover the government has announced that in the future, all the ones who are wishing to work in this social care field are required to be professionally qualified, only then they can work in this field. Plus they indicated that the basic qualification needed for entry would be the degree in applied social studies.
