How to build up your stamina
Lazy people often have a low self confidence. They can feel their ineffectiveness as compared to others. Laziness very rarely has something to do with a weak body or a physical problem, it is usually a mental state where one having an ability to do a certain task would still delay or ignore it. Our mind is responsible for all the actions that we take. When we see something on the floor that needs to be picked up, our mind sends signals to our hand. A lazy person would ignore the signals and would feel tired just by the thought of doing something as easy. Our body is how we train it to be. The more work we do increases our stamina and we ourselves to be more active.
