Step 1:As you can see that the 32GB Pendrive is showing in KBs. So, to make a non-bootable Pendrive we there are two methods,
From command prompt-
If you want to create a non-bootable Pendrive from command prompt then click here.
Through an application(RUFUS)-
In this blog we are going to create a non-bootable Pendrive from Rufus application.
Step 2:Simply run the application and choose in the boot section ‘Non-bootable’.
Step 3:
After selecting the non-bootable option simply click on the start button, now the process of creating a non-bootable Pendrive starts.
Now there is a dialogue box that confirms to format the Pendrive, so simply click on OK.
Step 5:In our Pendrive there are multiple partitions, so there is again another dialogue box that wants permission to merge all the partitions. So, simply click on OK.
Step 6:Now the process starts, the process will take approx 1-2 minutes to complete and we have successfully created a non-bootable Pendrive.
