EDC members generate their income by marketing software and eBooks online. They are the traditional products including web templates,EDC Diamond - Scam Or Legitimate Business Opportunity? Articles creating websites, article submission, email marketing, using Ebay, WebAudio plus, blog marketing, and affiliate programs.

Cost To Join

There are 3 levels to the program:

A) EDC Gold sells for $997, $49.95 monthly admin fee

B) EDC priced at $297, $39.95 monthly admin fee

C) Your New Fortune priced at $69.95, no monthly fee

EDC Diamond is the newest level to be added to EDC. The cost to join this level is $2497, plus $79.95 per month.

The Compensation Plan

The company has a modified 2-Up pay plan. This means that you have to give up (2) sales to your sponsor. This is a difficult comp plan for an online novice related to the fact that once the sponsor has benefited from their 2 pass up sales, the newbie breaks away from them. What reason would they have to help train you when they are no longer earning any money off of you? It is to their advantage to help their other new signups earn their first 2 sales that they will get paid on, but after that you are on your own.

Conclusion

While EDC Gold and EDC Diamond are not a scam, there are some hindrances to the program. The biggest factor that is problematic is with the EDC comp plan. As stated before, the 2-Up plan is not ideal for forming team synergy. Most sponsors are going to want to have the benefit of training their member and then earning off of their efforts as well. However, after the sponsor earns off of their member's first 2 sales, they break away from the sponsor. There is no longer any reason for the sponsor to train their members.

The other problem is directly related to the first. A huge factor for newbie internet marketers to be successful is choosing the right mentor to guide them. This is the first step to obtaining success with online marketing for the novice marketer. However, after the member breaks away from their sponsor in a 2 up plan, the guidance and training will more than likely cease as well. When this occurs, the new marketer is directly competing with their sponsor. It is obvious who will have the upper hand in this situation.
