The thing is you cannot give up eating altogether but you must learn how to eat healthier and limit your intake.

Changing a bad college habits that have resulted in weight gain is only achieved by a change in your thinking. You need to reprogram your thoughts to a degree. You could think of eating as something you only do at certain times of the day, like a treat. Other thought processes could be thinking like a thin person. Often they eat only the best parts of a meal and leave the rest.

Getting out of the good habit of exercising is a bad behavior that leads to weight gain. You know you need exercise; you may even intend to do it but never get around to it. Poor personal hygiene is a bad college habit and it can be easily avoided with just a little concentration on a good routine. No student wants to be stinky while in class. To avoid this, simply start showering every morning. When you first begin, make it a practice in that you repeat it every day. Brush your hair, teeth, moisturize and apply deodorant if you like.

Bad college habits in a relationship make everything more difficult, and you know relationships are hard enough on their own. You and your intended should make it a point to talk about the potential trouble spots before your relationship gets far. When you think about others the same way you always think about yourself, then you avoid many bad behaviors. It is good to put yourself first, but this can go overboard to the point where you are selfish.
