List all of the activities that you took part in during high school or over the past 3 years.

Make sure you are including school jobs, activities, volunteer opportunities, sports, community service or anything else you took part in.

Make a list all of the achievements that you had in those activities. Maybe you were head boy/ head girl at your school or maybe you started a community service organization that offered food to the homeless people, which won you a volunteer of the year award. 

Look at your list for which activities or achievements really stand out in your mind.

Write down the answer to these questions in paragraph form

2. Role Model - If you could meet, be, or have learn from someone in history, who would it be and why?

Make a list of your favorite books, TV shows, movies, plays, sports, and popular people.

Make a list of a few of your favorite people, whether they are popular or those you know personally.

Make a list of the reasons why they are your favorites and what contributions they have made to your life.

Who attracts you very much? This is the person you should base your essay on.

With the person (whether it be sports player, author, president, friend, father, grandfather, etc.) chosen, make a list of all of the reasons why they are your favorite person, and how they have changed you or affected you as a person, you now have an essay.
