Symbiosis International University, Pune is conducting SNAP to select students for their MBA and other PGDM programs. All the Symbiosis Institutes across India accept the score of SNAP as a pre- requisite for their admission process. Here are the details of SNAP 2015.

Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) is conducted by Symbiosis International University to select students for MBA and other PGDM programs. There are 14 Symbiosis institutes across India that offers these programs. All these Institutes accept SNAP score as a pre- requisite for further selection process.

SNAP 2015 will be held on 20 December,SNAP Details Articles 2015. The registrations for the same began on 24 August, 2015 and will end on 24 November, 2015. One can register online on the official site of SNAP.  Relevant documents should be uploaded along with the registration fee. One has to pay the required registration fee of the exam as well as the registration fee of the colleges that one wants their score to be accepted at. The payment window closes on 27 November, 2015. Admit cards for the exam will be available on the website from 5 December, 2015 to 20 December, 2015. One has to download the admit card from the site and no hardcopy will be sent to the candidates. One must preserve the admit cards till the final dates of the admissions.

Any aspirant who holds a bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or institute with a minimum of 50% is eligible to apply for the test. Final year students may also apply. Any aspirant who holds a foreign university degree must get their degrees verified from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and get an equivalent Indian degree. The minimum age requirement of the candidate is 21 years.

SNAP is a pen- paper based test. It is an objective type test and the total number of questions is 180. The total time allotted to the test is 120 minutes i.e. two hours.  Each question will have 4 responses and one has to choose the correct response.  Each question carries 1 mark. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

The test consists of four sections- General English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and Analytical and Logical Reasoning.  First three sections contain 40 questions each while the last section contains 60 questions.

The test is being conducted across 30 cities in India. Test timings are 2:00 Pm to 4:00 Pm. Results will be announced on 11 January 2016. All the institutes that accept SNAP score will then release their respective cutoffs and further carry their selection process. There will be WAT/ GD session followed by a PI. The overall score of all the three i.e. the SNAP score, WAT/GD score and the PI score will be considered for the final selection.
