Seven months ago l was overweight and my fitness level was non-existent, l decided that l needed to change the way l lived my life. I did this by starting to eat more healthy foods to help me loss some of this weight, l also joined my local gym to help me burn of those unwanted calories by doing some aerobic classes and doing different types of cardio such as running on the treadmills, rowing and most recently swimming. When l first joined the gym l found it really hard going but l was determined to get myself to the gym at least three times a week. In the last seven month I've lost so much weight and I've also noticed that because I've seen a major difference on how my body looks l find myself going to the gym more and more to help me reach my final goal, instead of going three times a week I'm now going five to six times a week, l can now see how people can become addicted with improving their fitness levels.
Getting a six pack is not an impossible task, l know this can be achieved a number of ways, the cheapest option for someone to be able to get a six pack to be proud off is to go for a run every morning/night to burn of some calories so that you can get your body fat as low as possible, with these runs that person would also need to be doing some kind of core exercises such as crunches three time a week. The only problem with choosing this option is that it will take up a lot of time.
Even though I've lost weight l would still like to tighten my midsection,i’ve tried doing crunches after crunches but the thing is a friend of mine who also goes to the same gym as myself advised me to take a look at the Flex Belt reviews on the internet to find out if the Flex Belt could help me speed up the process to having a flatter and firmer midsection. This does seem like a great device to help me achieve this goal.
I'm not too sure if am going to depart with my hard earned money to get this product at the moment but this device is defiantly something I'm going to consider purchasing in the near future. I think I'm going to do a little bit more research on how does the Flex Belt work before getting the Credit Card out.
