This is not spam email. They are people who legitimately are interested in hearing from you and are giving you permission to send them information.

Many of us receive spam email on a consistent basis and it is very irritating. You can feel comfortable in knowing that if you handle the people who have opted in to your list properly, in the future they can become your potential customers.

2. Purchase co-registration leads. Buying leads is a fast way to jump start a list in any niche. Basically you let a lead company build your list for you.

You follow up with these people via an auto responder once you have the names and email addresses. Your aim is to build a relationship with them so they trust you and will purchase products from you.

3. On the home page of your website add a sign-up form to your email list. If you want to build your list faster you want to have a sign-up form on every web page you have. As a blogger you can add the sign-up form at the top of either your left or right hand sidebar so it shows up on every blog post automatically.

4. Develop a unique offer that would make a person want to join your list. Examples of this include an ebook, a free tips newsletter, free training, a report and many more. To come up with ideas of your own you can become an internet spy and look at what other marketers are doing.

5. Create a landing page and promote it in the marketing you do. Let's say you are doing article marketing as an example, you could have the link in your resource box lead to a landing page as opposed to your website.
