A Cellulite Fighting Exercise Regimen
A customized exercise regimen will help to target and remove cellulite. An effective cellulite fighting workout should include a mix of strength training and aerobics.
Exercise is a fountain of youth. You will see the difference on the outside and experience the difference on the inside. Skin takes on a new glow,
your blood pressure normalizes, your resting heart rate decreases, and the circulation of the blood and lymph improves. Increased circulation means improved nutrient transport to each and every living cell in the body. In addition, it means cleaner, better flowing lymph. Improved lymph circulation detoxifies and gets rid of the wastes which create cellulite more efficiently. A customized exercise regimen will help to target and remove cellulite. An effective cellulite fighting workout should include a mix of strength training and aerobics.
Weight Training
Strength training is the best exercise for getting rid of cellulite. Weight training is so powerful that it can actually reshape and contour your body in the matter of a few months. There's a magical outcome that is created with a good weight training regimen: the contours and shape of your body is changed from the exercises you select. You are in charge of how your body looks, and you control the process by selecting the right exercises.
A lot of women have the impression that strength training will make their body become large and muscular like a man's. But unless they take steroids or use exceptionally heavy weights, they should not appear to be bodybuilders since women do not have the hormones to make them very muscular. Our goal is not to be muscle-bound, but to be lean, healthy, toned and fit. Our goal is to get rid of cellulite from our bodies permanently. Cellulite disrupts the feminine curve of your body; strength training returns the attractive curvilinear shape that is natural for a woman.
Aerobic Exercises
Exercising aerobically has long been accepted as the most effective fat burning exercise. At a reasonably low intensity we are able to stimulate the body to burn off subcutaneous fat, and therefore to release the very substance that is at the heart of cellulite. As a result our fat cells will shrink and the cellulite will become much less visible.
However, aerobic exercise cannot allow us to eliminate cellulite without the assistance of strength training. We must build more muscle tissue to take the place of the subcutaneous fat we're burning up. This isn't to be mistaken for the false assumption that fat is converted into muscle. Aerobics can help tone our muscles, but since we women naturally have very little muscle, strength training with dumbbells is the best means for creating shapeliness.
Aerobic means "with oxygen". This means that these exercises use large amounts of oxygen. Our goal is to improve the ability of the heart-lung system to supply blood, and thereby oxygen to the working muscles throughout the workout. Enhanced oxygenation and circulation mean increased perspiration. The skin is the biggest cleansing organ we have and perspiration is a way of excreting toxins through it. Sweating out toxins stops them from amassing inside the fat under the skin, creating cellulite.
By combining aerobic exercises that get rid of toxins and burn fat with strength training and weight lifting to develop muscle, this exercise routine eliminates cellulite and sculpts your body into a leaner physique. You'll have a beach-ready body in no time.
