You look around at your family unit each day and think about how great and complete your life is. For now, you shouldn't even be lifting gallons of milk, so cuddling on a chair or couch will have to do when it comes to your 30 pound toddler.

The good news is that once you are out of the woods with physical activity, you can resume normal behavior. There is nothing better than picking up your little princess or warrior, a bag of toys, giving swimming lessons on birthdays, or skipping through the park with the little ones.
