Always read the label and look for warnings, cautions, interactions, or side effects. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about all medications and dietary supplements you take. Never take dietary supplements instead of prescribed drugs unless you first talk with your doctor. Remember, dietary supplements are not meant to treat or cure diseases. Do not believe the hype.
