Dieting you are doing helping you lose weight?
Your diet may not be treating you good for the future. Vary your diet between cooked and raw foods like vegetables and fruits.
Dieting health in the long run can give you a great image and sense of person or it can screw up your hopes for looking good and feeling great. Everyone is into dieting today,
whether they're doing it on purpose or not. Most believe that we should eat more vegetables and a lot more raw fruits and less fat and such.We try to stay on the good side of things but it's not always easy. Add conflicting stories too and dieting is hell. What can be done so you are losing good weight in the long run?Use common sense, do not starve yourself. If you do, you might overeat later. The next very important thing is to understand that your body needs proteins, fats, sugars, fibers, vitamins and minerals at all meals but just don't overdo it. Also, yes, some vitamins there actually is too much to consume.Planning is what it takes and for some of us planning can be hard because we are so much into the "mindlessly munching on Pringles". You have to admit it, it's easier to reach out for a bag of whatever junk food is available than to plan a well balanced meal. Also if you plan to replace chips with a fruit snack, you will not feel good about it and it won't make you feel full. An apple followed by, say, some plain yogurt, will do more to keep you filled than two apples. Have some of everything with a meal. Here's another fact, raw foods may be healthier than cooked foods but don't overdo it. It follows that you have to eat as much raw food as possible. But eggplants and beans sometimes harbor toxic compounds that can wreak havoc on your digestive tract if you eat them raw. Much starch containing plants cannot be eaten raw because our bodies do not process that particular type of starch unless transformed by high temperature processing - cooking, that is.Some other veggies, carrots etc, contain fragile nutrients that can be destroyed in a frying pan. However cooked carrots still contain great nutrients and vitamins. No, there is no evidence that sushi is any better for you than grilled salmon. What do you do then? Eat a mixture of raw and cooked fruits and veggies, and use common sense. If it's normally eaten raw, go for it. If it's usually cooked into a culinary delight, don't eat it raw.Your way of life should decide what you cook and if you cook or not. Just do not starve yourself.
Proactol is a great way to bind fat too but do both and take both into consideration
