Nutritional supplement is important in one’s diets. Every food has some or the other kind of nutrition. Some foods have high protein content, while some have good vitamin content.

Some foods also have fats and carbohydrates. There are several foods which also have minerals like zinc and iron and various fibres. All these are essential for one’s body growth. Articles fibres are necessary for proper digestion and help to eliminate constipation. Proteins give strength to the body. Minerals energize the body. Also, carbohydrates are important.

 

Nutrition supplement gives the necessary amount of proteins and vitamins, without which it is impossible for the body to function. Without these minerals and vitamins, the body loses its immunity power and it becomes impossible for the body to fight various diseases. Therefore, it is mandatory that you include all this in your diet. Your diet should have proper quantities of rice, wheat and other grains, leafy vegetables like spinach and various fruits which are rich in Vitamin A, B, C and D.

 

Nutrition supplement, if proper, keeps away from diseases. Any deficiency regarding vitamins, proteins and carbohydrates can give rise to many discomforts and illnesses.

If nutritional supplement is not proper, then there can be serious diseases. If the vitamins are less, then the bones can become weak. It can also lead to stunted growth. Weak bones can give rise to fractures and immobility. If fibres are not there, then constipation will be a big problem. Also, if minerals are not in good quantity, there can be weakness in the body. This will lead to fatigue, tiredness and lethargy.

 

Nutrition supplement can also be gained by artificial supplements. If there is some problem you can go and visit the doctor. The doctor will advise you to take certain supplements in the form of tablets. Many tablets are available for improving vitamin deficiency.

 

Nutritional supplement is necessary to be fit. Everyone needs a regular amount of vitamin and proteins. For example, a child requires a different percentage of vitamins and an old person needs different amount of vitamins.
