The best cure for headaches is through natural remedies found in simple changes in your daily routines.  A hot bath can help release muscles from contracting, and help relax your body.  If dehydration is one of the problems, concentrate on drinking the daily recommended eight glasses of water each day.  Poor posture can cause neck and shoulder muscles to contract, causing a headache.  Stretching out those muscles, and then concentrate on maintaining correct posture through ought your day will in time help to relieve those headaches.  Massage can be a great way to relieve stress and tension headaches.  Skipping meals can cause low blood sugar, and result in headaches.  Maintain your blood sugar throughout the day by having five to six smaller meals.  This will help to regulate your blood sugar at a constant level instead of having it dip and spike throughout the day. 

Not getting enough sleep at night can also cause your body to feel stress more easily.  Taking time out of your day to relax and unwind can be crucial to finding a cure for headaches.  Many migraine headache sufferers have food triggers.  Caffeine, chocolate, nuts, and dairy are some of the most common triggers.  Finding your triggers, and causes for your headaches can help you manage them on a daily basis.
