Ever since I began to add George St. Pierre’s RushFit to my regular work out rotation,The Number One Key to Consistent Results With George St. Pierre’s RushFit Articles I personally have noted improvements in a lot of areas.

I have improved stamina, better overall energy, muscles in places I hadn’t seen in quite some time, and my overall best appearance ever wearing a bathing suit.  I have done the programs two times now and one of the other really nice side benefits of it is that I can count on walking away feeling tremendous piece of mind. The incorporation of high intensity cardio principles has a way of waking me up all around. You just couldn’t get that benefit from say P90X or some other workout that goes at a slower pace.

I don’t know any one reason why I took a big liking to George St. Pierre’s RushFit, because there were numerous reasons. I did become a lot more in tuned with what it took to make the program work best for the user. There are always some keys to success in any workout program not just George St. Pierre’s RushFit. First, you need to show up and do what is asked without deviation. I had a long history of making up my own variations to a program the first time through. In other words, I was trying to outthink the program.  I do advocate that you can add your own adjustments over time and do modifications to make the program go smoother and adapt it to your fitness levels. I have talked about this in the past as being a good attribute of the program.

What I am saying is you should avoid is doing any creating your own workout for at least the first 2 times you have completed the program.  So do what is asked is the first rule.  Also you always want to make sure that you eat right. With George St. Pierre’s RushFit, they tell you exactly what to eat and when. You will get nowhere without mastering food. I’ve tried and it just doesn’t work.

When we are talking specifically about George St. Pierre’s RushFit, the biggest key isn’t those things. The biggest key is mastery of correct form of the moves. I urge you and I have seen this mentioned in many reviews, to make sure you watch the program introduction DVD which outlines the moves and expectations. Go slow and get the steps down. From there, advancing and results is a much more linear proposition.
