For smoothies and soups you need a good blender and you need a good food processor for sandwich spreads and dips. Fruit juice is consumed by a lot a raw foodies, but since most bottled fruit juice is pasteurized you need a juicer or visit a juice bar. You should purchase a spiral slicer if you want to make pasta, which can convert vegetables into raw noodles. You will also need a dehydrator if you want to make your own breads, crackers, veggie burgers and cereals.
You can also eat foods like beets, cauliflower, zucchini, mushrooms, kale and corn raw. For an interesting salad you can puree beets and garlic. You can also use a carrot slicer to make vegetable noodles if you are not ready to invest in a spiral slicer.
