In today’s society, more and more people are struggling with obesity or some weight-related issue.
The usual advice is to exercise, eat healthy and be happy (being happy causes less stress and just smiling releases endorphins, which are natural painkillers).
Easier said than done right? Well, you may be tired of reading countless health articles telling you your life will be cut short if you do not quit your (unhealthy) habits soon. If you are, then you you want a solution and you want it now.
You want to lose weight and you want to lose it fast. But such goal will not happen by magic if you do not at least give it a try. If you’re not into any of that, then you can stop reading here. But if you are ready to at least try something new then read on as to how you can start small and slowly work your way up. These activities are low in stress and high in good fun.
1. Walk More:
Anywhere really. Down your street, in the mall, around your home. When you go out somewhere park far, yes it is hot outside but if there is a tree park under or near it for shade. You might be tired, but don’t give up. Walking is good for your health and mind.

2. Ride Your Bike:
You don’t have to become a professional cyclist, any bike will do. Even for just 10 or 15 minutes every day. Biking is becoming more popular and everyone should get in on the fun, whether that be for recreational purposes or as a form of transportation. If you don't have a bike, then either buy a bike or go back to number 1.

3. Jump:
It’s OK to smile, it won’t kill you and I know that deep down in there your childhood could seep out at any second if you just gave it the chance. Anywhere you are, just jump. It will lift your spirits and you will find yourself laughing and being merry (add to the fun by doing this on a trampoline). This is more fun with friends.
4. Stretch:
In any position, but stretching your arms and legs every now and then is a good idea. Try to touch your toes if you can, then roll up slowly and reach to the sky and stretch as high as you can with both hands in the air. Repeat a few more times and your back muscles should feel worked up a bit.
