In our modern world, we are having a happy and independent life. There are no big wars, our economy is healthy and we are free. However, this does not mean that we do not have any problems. Across all industrial countries in the world, there are men suffering from a lack of testosterone. It became a real epidemic. Our ancestors had a lot of action in their lives. They had to fight for their freedom, their food and their families. Today our society has become save and our days are relaxed. This is a big reason why our bodies produce less testosterone.

No one wants to go back in time, but we should try to imitate the fights so our body gets used to passing our boundaries.
