Materials needed: -1 yard of satin ribbon (thicker size) -1 small circle of felt -1 pin for the back -hot glue

1.Take your yard of ribbon and cut 12 strips at 2 and 1/2 inches each. Set aside the rest of the ribbon to save for making the middle part of your flower. 2.Dab a small bit of hot glue at the end of your ribbon and fold over almost half way, and then do the same for the other side. Next, dab a little bit of glue in the center of your folds and fold over your top like an envelope. Repeat for all 12 strips. 3.Take one of your 12 petals and place a small dab of hot glue in the center of your felt circle and attach. Place a small dab of hot glue where your crease is when you fold over your ribbon in half. Then fold back the ribbon and add another small dab of hot glue under the ribbon fold so it stays put. Do the same to the other side. Now you have your petal. 4.Continue to place your petals all around the felt circle using the same gluing procedure above. 5.For the next layer of petals, place your petals overlaying in between the first layer of petals. You can cut off a little bit off the bottom of each petal so that it lays slightly lower than the first layer. 6.Use the remaining ribbon to make the flower’s center. Dab some glue at the end of your ribbon strip and fold in half. Dab another bit of glue and fold in half again. Do this another couple times and then start twisting your folds into a circle. Glue the folds onto each other and then glue the back of the ribbon fold circle in the middle of the corsage. 7.Glue your pin clasp on the back of the felt circle at the top. Be generous with the glue so it will stay attached.
