Are you holding yourself back from going into the quilting business because of the fear of failure,A Quick Success Course In The Quilting Business Articles fear of success, or fears of self doubts? Wake up and smell the roses! There is a quick success course in the quilting business.

Just as the rose has a unique sweet fragrance you too are unique and when you sniff the scent of a rose it makes you feel delightful and the beauty of the rose puts a smile on your face and you feel uplifted. Sometimes we need a kick start or an uplift to move forward.

The rose survived its growth and blossomed into a beautiful splendor of almost perfect petals that caught your attention and you just had to pick it. You took it home and placed it in a crystal bud vase to display its beauty and for others to admire it.

The rose did not fear of failure, it did not fear success and it did not have self-doubts. It remained as itself. But he rose for all its beauty had to do a lot of growing in order to reach its final destination of capturing your heart.

You, the human being, have a brain which you utilize to deliver conscious and unconscious thoughts. These thoughts can bring you down or lift you up. But you are still the person that brought it upon yourself to be happy or sad and people around you will respond to your attitude.

A good attitude is very important in initiating a quick success course in the quilting business.

These are the three attitudes which you will want to identify and correct or dismiss before you start your business:

1. Self-doubts

It has to be clear in your mind-set that you are prepared and ready to start a new adventure. We all have self-doubts. On the other hand, as you list the what, how, when, where, and how you want to operate your business the self-doubts will go away. Activity with purpose will replace the self-doubts.

2. Fear of Failure

As popular and traditional as quilting is there is no room for failure. You may fear failure because you are not sure of your workmanship and may face product rejections and lose a sale.

Solution: Improve your skills. In truth improving your skills is an ongoing learning and experience process. Just as those rose petals were not perfect, do not expect perfection of yourself. There will be some flaws along the way but they can be corrected.

Perhaps you fear failure because of business procedures and practices, fear not. In the world of business there are some basics which you need to learn, however, business is an ever-changing living entity. You will learn as your business grows.

3. Fear of Success

Identify the fears and clean it up fast. Success is what you want from the quilting business. Think of success as ongoing gifts from others for your hard work.

Can you recall when you did or said something so worthwhile that everyone around you exclaimed how smart you were and made you the center of attention? You stood there smiling, but at the same time you were stunned and unsure how to handle yourself. And when you were alone where no one could see your personal thoughts belittled you.

In this case, I would say that you are a giver and many of us have to learn how to receive. Start out slow by saying, thank you, and go on about your business. I think this comes from “it is better to give than to receive”. Well, once in a while we have to allow others to give and it is our turn to receive. And so we graciously accept.

Business success is equated with money. This is a big one. Fear of success is most often the fear of money. One of the most important facets of any business is earning an outstanding income and yet we fear large amounts of money. We may feel that we do not deserve it.

This is a big topic and there are many reasons for people to fear money. You may want to review how your parents thought about money as their teachings were passed onto you. Explore your outlook of money and understand your feelings about it. Money is a tool to better your lifestyle, not an obstruction.

Identifying and conquering your fears will open many doors to opportunities which you have never experienced. Take the first step by visiting the home page of business opportunities with Tricia Deed at http://www.Infotrish.com and review “Want to Quilt up a Storm and Make Money While You Do It?”
