I am not affiliated with Amway but I respect a company that has been active and growing for over 50 years and sold more than 8 billion dollars' worth of products in 2009 alone. Their offer is varied, ranging from cosmetics, bodycare products and jewelry to insurance to water and air purifiers, dietary supplements and electronics.
Amway products are now available through their reps in 58 contries around the globe and is currently booming in countries like China, Russia and especially India. The North American affiliate of the Amway Corporation, Amway Global, has been holding the number one spot in the Health & Beauty category for seven years straight.
An Amway Rep benefits by monthly performance bonuses ranging from 3% to 25% of the business volume depending on their productivity plus monthly and annual leadership bonuses and other cash prizes based on group performance.

In my opinion, the real solution for becoming an Amway Diamond is to master online marketing and to train people how to do the same. Duplication is way easier when you have a sales funnel in place and you take your prospects through it. Just stay in touch every day via e-mail and it will prove more effective than hosting time consuming presentations every other day. Establish yourself to your downline as an expert who can provide them with information and guidance, and they will follow you on your way to success.
Internet Marketing is not that hard and achieving the diamond level in Amway should definitely be your goal if you take the business seriously.
