Those who believe that having Internet access is too expensive probably don't fully understand the true potential of the net. This is because these individuals are typically very familiar with the assistance that government programs can offer them in order to live more fulfilling lives.

Individuals who live in more remote places are generally not as likely to have Internet access compared to individuals who live in larger cities. A primary reason for this is that these folks just don't' know about all of the satellite Internet options available to them. However, these rural residents use the same features of the web that others use, such as taking college courses online. These rural residents therefore have the same kind of access that their city resident counterparts have, which means it doesn't matter as much where people live because of the power of the Internet.
