If you have been into the field of network marketing (also called multi-level marketing or MLM) for quite a long time now,The Importance of Duplication in Network Marketing Articles then you are probably familiar with or at least have heard of the term duplication.

Duplication in the field of network marketing means copying the tried and tested recruitment system of your leader or upline. This is especially important for beginners who are not yet familiar with the twist and turns of network marketing, as without an established system that they can follow, beginners might be lost in the wide array of online marketing tools and recruitment strategies that might not work best for them.

But as easy as it may sound, duplication is actually hard to do. One must be careful in choosing a leader whose system they should duplicate. Most of the times, aspiring network marketers fail in staying afloat in the industry mainly because they have chosen to duplicate an ineffective system from a leader who does not have enough expertise in what he is doing or maybe because they don't listen to their upline enough and opted to develop their own strategy. Listen, there is nothing wrong with trying to come up with your own recruitment strategies, but for a beginner, I must recommend that you stick first with the tried and tested system of a successful upline in order for you to build your own organization quickly and securely. Once you have already acquired enough knowledge and experience in network marketing industry, then you can go your own way of exploring other marketing tools and strategies that can rev up your recruitment.

Remember, your aim in getting into network marketing is to earn passive residual income from your recruits who are commonly called your downline. The wider your downline base is, the stronger potential to earn a large amount of passive residual income.

Just in case you are not yet familiar with network marketing, this is how it works:  A neophyte network marketer must crawl his way to the top by following a leader or upline. As this neophyte progresses or stay afloat in the industry, he too will soon have his own organization consisting of his followers. The main characteristic of network marketing is that the more successful your downline are in doing their business by duplicating your system, the more passive residual income you will likely earn.

Without your downline growing their business, there is no chance for your business to grow as well. In short, the key to the success of any network marketing endeavor is by helping your downline grow their business and develop their own organization. It is very important that you maintain a duplicable system that your downline can follow. The best way to ensure a duplication is through streamlining, a marketing system wherein everything is done uniformly and repetitively by your downline.

If, on the other hand, your sponsoring upline is not employing a duplicable system, then strive hard to take a few more steps higher than them until you get hooked up with a leader who has an efficient, successful and most importantly, duplicable system.
