They perform immigration fraud without any fear of authorities and believe that they will never caught by the government and enjoy their life without any fuss. But I don’t understand why they do this fraud and if they are doing fraud then how can they believe that they will never caught. Recently people are being very clever they take tourist visa and stay more than the specified time of their visa.Believe me; you are wrong if you think that no one will come to caught you after doing fraud. Border Protection Officers are watching you: when you arrive on a tourist visa the CBP (Customs and Border Protection) officers,Global Visas Complaints: People Having Wrong Thinking About The Immigration Articles at a port of entry, will ask you the purpose of your travel to the U.S. You should always be upfront and honest with border protection officials. If you state your intent as, "To see the Grand Canyon," and a search of your luggage reveals a wedding dress, be prepared for the inevitable grilling. If the border official believes that you're not coming to the U.S. for just a visit and you cannot prove your intent to leave before your visa expires, you'll find yourself on the next plane home.No excuse for visa fraud if you are caught violating the immigration laws, you could be accused of committing visa fraud. If fraud is found, you will face serious consequences. At the very least, you will have to return to your home country. Even worse, you may receive a ban from reentering the U.S., a ban that could be indefinite.I just want to say don’t use your expertise mind to immigration just follow the right process.
