What is the use of that piece of paper called “Marriage Contract” if couples are not happy with their marriage life?

There are many couples unwed that happily live together contradiction to many wedded couples that struggle their married life. But which is best the unwed couples or the wedded couples in terms of law? There many cases on proceedings and pending for trials about marriages that sometimes will make you think and understand why there are more couples even celebrity couples who do not consider the getting married rule.

However in terms of the law the woman or man that are unwed even happily live together does not have any kind of bond in terms of legality and when problem may occur both cannot do anything legal because they are both single in the eye of law and not a couple. In the eye of church it is a sin as church forbids such kind of relationship without getting married. There are many couples and celebrities that does not mind about legality of their relationship as long as they are happy together and treat each other as married couple. There is no discretion about that as long as both are happy living together as it is the most important than any kind of legality these days.

At some point, for a woman to fulfill her dream by walking down the aisle. But, with the current generation women are more practical and want a happy life more than the piece of paper. Perhaps if you have known each other better and have spent time together for years the woman will start to consider getting married as she is certain that she will be happy with him for the rest of her life. On the other hand there are couples who get married before living together but are not happy and even have more problem than the couple that lives in together only. These situations are part of the rising problem in the community nowadays as we move forward for better development of living standard and modernization of each country.

However in all walks of life women always dream to walk in the aisle to get married before living together and most men still like to make that dream come true even though they are not certain what are going to happen after the wedding which is for me a noble thought of men and for a woman who married such wonderful man must be very proud and somehow try to make the marriage to work out alright.
