If you were to take ten different divorce cases and conduct a study of each one you would probably find that five of the cases were extremely hard cases,Tulsa Divorce Attorneys - Hard Divorce Vs. Easy Divorce Articles highly contested, that resulted in months of litigation.  The other five cases would be extremely easy, highly amicable, and lasted only a few short weeks before the final divorce decree was finalized.

Typically in the world of divorce, generally speaking, divorces fall into one of two categories.  The categories are polar opposites: extremely contested and extremely amicable.  There really is no science behind why some divorces fall into the first category while other divorces fall into the second category.  The fact of matter about divorce is that divorce (and the level of complexity of your case) is contingent on emotions.  If you or your ex is very emotional, emotionally volatile then chances are high that your divorce is going to fall into the first category.

The good news for you is that regardless of whether your divorce falls into the first category or the second category, the good news for you is that you are reading this article.   In this article below, there is a list of issues for you to consider with regard to both types of divorces:

Issue One: Hard Divorce: Child Custody.  Child Custody is the emotionally charged issue in divorce.  Because it is so emotionally charged, we recommend that you proceed with caution.

Issue Two: Hard Divorce: Property.  Property Division can also be an emotionally charged issue in divorce especially when there is big money and / or big property on the line.  Because this issue has a tendency to be emotionally charged, we recommend that you consult with a divorce lawyer before moving forward with the divorce process.

Issue Three: Hard Divorce: Debt.  Debt Division typically does not become heated unless one of the ex’s is alleging that their spouse: spent money on a mistress, gambled away money, or secretly opened credit card account without the other spouse’s knowing about them doing so.

Issue One: Easy Divorce: Child Custody.  Child Custody is an issue that flows relatively smoothly in an easy divorce because the ex’s are able to talk between themselves about the matter.  When the ex’s are able to talk between themselves they are able to make Joint Custody work.

Issue Two: Easy Divorce: Property.   Property is a relatively easy issue to resolve when both ex’s are willing to be fair each other and are willing to be honest about exactly what items of property exist.

Issue Three: Easy Divorce: Debt.  Debt, like Property is relatively easy to resolve so long as both ex’s are willing to be fair with each other.
