Apart from quality, flexibility, reliability and customization, the Italian offer is also characterized by a trade policy that, applying the principle that technology should be shared, leads companies to offer itself on all markets with an approach of full availability to dialogue and cooperation.
Just before the economic crisis, Italy was in the fourth place among world producers of industrial tools, after Japan, Germany and China. A placement of all respect for a nation certainly not full of raw materials. In the first four months of the year a sharp decline in exports has been registered, such as a consistent fall in imports (in line with expectations).
Total exports fell by 19,3% over the same period of 2008, reaching 756 million euro. Now, after a bad year, orders are starting to rise again, giving a little breath to entrepreneurs. Total imports fell by 50,3% on 2008, for a value of 240 million.
This brings the Italian companies to seek to be cutting edge in production techniques and marketing strategies.
Not by chance now also the e-commerce sector is strongly developing, which promises to be another good channel for sale.
