Have you ever had a point in your life that you couldn't recall some bit of time, a sizeable chunk, of the last twelve hours of your life? Have you ever woken to strange bruises, a sore body, or unexplainable fear of intruders? Many mundane reasons could exist...one extraordinary reason may end up being the truth...

Maybe you have asked yourself this before,Have you been Abducted by Aliens? Articles maybe you already know. There are a number of concepts on the matter, ideas that will help you determine one way or another. What Im about to do is review the phenomenon, and describe some aspects of it.

One of the most important parts of the phenomenon, is the loss of memory. However, this is far more common that we assume, but sometimes, it stands out or is bbacked up by other 'evidence'. Firstly, it would stand out, if it affects your short term memory. Barring some sort of sickness, you should be able to recall anything within the last 12-24 hours with little or no trouble. Where you might start to get worried, is if there is a large chunk of 'missing time' within this time-span. This is abnormal, and you should seeking to document it, because even if its not anything paranormal, it might point to a medical concern.

Other evidence, and more important to the believer community, is physical. Abnormal burns, bruises, or cuts that you have gotten without recollectiion of how, could be important, and you should document them. Especially if it correlates with a bit of missing time.

The last bit of evidence, and certainly less reliable, are dreams. Abnormal dreams that seem as if you are being lifted, or dream-like memories of meeting small people could be circumstancial evidence. Especially if these dreams correlate with physical evidence or missing time.

If you come to believe that something has happened to you, you should seek out medical and psychiatric attention. Often, regressive hypnosis is the only way to free up these memories. But beware of who you visit for such treatment, you should seek out someone who is unbiased on the issue, in either direction. If possible, you shouldn't even mention that you think it might be the result of abduction. If it is, it will come out on its own.
