But lots of people get the wrong idea about network marketing businesses. They assume that it is a get rich quick plan that requires little effort. These ideas bring down our industry and makes people afraid of what we have to offer. If you want the real deal about network marketing wealth and riches, then you will learn that this is NOT a scheme to get rich quick with…it’s a get rich QUICKER business.

You can’t just magically make a fast buck in network marketing. There are stories of a few exceptions to this rule, with people who joined a brand new company and built over a thousand downlines. But that has to do with lots of other factors: perhaps that person had an excellent downline from their previous employment, or that person brought in a network from a former network marketing business.

However, you can bring in income a lot quicker than people who are stuck in a nine to five traditional job.  Would you would rather be a network marketing leader of over a thousand downlines who will work hard for themselves with or with you, or an executive in a company who has to manage over one thousand employees. Keep in mind that the growth and scalability of a network marketing business is exponential when you compare it to most business models out there.

In the corporate realm, when you train one of your staff to become a leader, they will probably end up as your competitor when a better offer is place in front of them.

A boss only pays the bare minimum to keep an employee from leaving, and an employee does only enough work for their boss to not fire them! This lose-lose synergy is harmful to the entire work environment; don’t ever make the mistake of bringing this synergy into your network marketing business. In network marketing, your downlines are not your staff, and they are not your lackeys. They operate differently compared to the corporate world.

Here’s how you can turn that negative energy around:

Instead of holding back (like a boss afraid of losing the employee to the competition), you should take the time and energy to turn your downline into a network marketing stronghold! You should even do it at the expense of your personal commissions, if it means that this downline will become your income in the future.

When you help your downline succeed, YOU become even more successful! That’s the way this industry works. You don’t have to worry if your representative leaves with your other downlines because that representative will be the one training them FOR YOU.

So as your team grows, you have more people working for themselves, even while they work for you. If you put in the effort, you will be able to get rich quicker.
