Perfume and Aftershave make you Sexier
For men shaving is most essential daily work, specially when you are in professional world. And if we are talking about shaving then aftershave is anothe product that is another essential product that you can not ignore.
Aftershave products and perfumes,
both are sold on basis of the hype given through marketing of the appeal of the products in particular ways. The advertisings are generally done by tickling the sex buds of the consumers and the companies try marketing the products by injecting a feel towards the consumers and potential users that by using this particular aftershave or perfume one can actually feel sexier.
Metro sexual modern men of today take care of their beauty too and finishing his regular shaving session he often indulge in splashing some aftershave on face. Similarly, while going out to office he wears a perfume to stand out among colleagues and subordinates in terms of looking smarter; while going for a dinner he retouches himself with a perfume again to appear sexier to his accompanied friends or partner. The purpose of doing this is of course for the great fragrance and if it is the aftershave then it is to keep his skin in great shape too.
Aftershaves with their basic antiseptic agents and anesthetic ingredients are liked for their medical value. The right amount of moisturizer, essential oils and sunscreen cream base gives the aftershave the right cosmetic value. To add to all these of course lays another property, the fragrance of the aftershave. A rightly smelling man lives at the top of his confidence and an interesting recent study is evidence to that. The experiment was carried out jointly conducted by Unilever and the University of Liverpool in the UK. The result of the experiment showed women, who were given to follow the movements and behavior of the men using fragranced aftershave and not using any, selected those using it as more attractive. The survey, although funny in its process could conclude this that, anything that can boost one's self-confidence as a man, in this case wearing a fragranced deodorant, can make one more sexually appealing to women. Therefore, splashing on the face or body one’s favorite scent in the form of aftershave or a perfume will make one feel refreshed and invigorated. If the man have chosen one that is the most classic which is a spicy, botanicals blend of very masculine and woodsy cedar scent, then he will most certainly feel more confident and self aware.
To go with this concept, these fragrances too are named in a certain provocative way. Some of the suggestive names are - 212 Sexy, Allure, Irresistible, Lovely and the list goes on. The latest Calvin Klein advert for the brand Secret Obsession featuring Eva Mendes was banned in the US by network censors for being too provocative and trading too much on the thin line of forbiddingness. Thus quite rightly just by wearing something that makes the man feel good about himself makes him feel more self-confident and that in turn, makes him more sexually appealing. So in this connection, it looks like those sexy perfume adverts are based on some truth after all.
