The wrists watches not only help keep time but have addition features that we need. For example there are watches that show humidity levels while others show the weather pattern. All these were not incorporated in the pocket watches. On the other hand, the cell phone watch keeps track of time and at the same time most people use it as an alarm clock to help them remember important appointments.
