Search engines will weigh H1's heavier than the subsequent header tags, so it's key to make sure your blog post titles are set to be H1's. 1. Log into Blogger, then go to Template. 
2. Click the Backup / Restore button in the top right and make sure to click Download full template 
3. and save a backup of your Blogger Template to your computer in case something goes wrong. 
4.  Next, click on Edit HTML. 
5. Find the code that looks like this below.
6.  In order to find the code easily, I suggest clicking in the HTML box, then hitting CMD or CTRL+F on your keyboard. 
7. In the search box that appears within the HTML block, type in h3 
8. Replace all h3 tags with h1. 
9. You may find more than one blocks of code with a similar pattern, so make sure to change all h3's to h1's.

• Find and replace all H3 with H1 in your Blogger's HTML for better SEO
• When you're done, click Save template.
• Now your blog will be well equipped to be found and ranked by Google and other search engines.
