Have you been struggling for years to accomplish some goals without success? Are you wondering why you haven't been able to lose the weight you want, be more energetic, earn more money, learn new skills, be a better communicator, or accomplish whatever desires and dreams you have?
Has it finally dawned on you in all these years that your lifestyle is not one you are totally satisfied with? Do you become so frustrated at times because you don't know the remedy to your dilemma?
Well, I understand how you feel because I struggled for years myself trying to accomplish my goals without success. I had that spark in me but couldn't get the fire ignited to create a strong enough "burning desire"
Then I finally learned why I wasn't achieving those dreams I so desperately wanted. It was so simple I couldn't believe it The reason was I hadn't become 'passionate" enough about my goals. Does this sound like what has happened to you, too?
If this is true then let me tell you what you must do. You need to develop a detailed plan for your life. You must "write your goals down." Now you may have heard this before but decided it wasn't necessary. Well friend I'm telling you it is not only necessary to write them down but also to review them daily.
So believe me. This works. Unless you you do this you will fall right back into the same "old rut" as before. Once you have a list of goals pick a few from the list that you feel the most "passionate" about. Next decide "why" you want to accomplish them. If your "why" is strong enough you will find a way to accomplish your goals.
Let me give you an example exactly what you must do. Let’s say Your goal is: I want less stress in my life. Then you would write Because I can’t relax – because I can’t control my anger – because I’m afraid I may have a stroke or heart attack – I don’t have any patience.
Next step is to write down the things that are required to achieve this goal Here’s some ideas:
Take a time out away from what’s causing the stress. - walk away from it for awhile – go do something else – find a place to stretch out and relax – find someone to talk to about your stress – begin to brainstorm what caused your stress in the first place – make note of the consequences for letting your stress continue.
Now address this problem on a daily basis even when you are not stressful Plan daily exercises which might be things such as; Joining a YMCA or health club and using their facilities for at least 30 minutes a day – spent an allotted time each day in a secluded and quiet place just relaxing and listening to soothing music. Read articles and or books about managing stress. Just designate at least one activity each day that addresses this problem.
You will now be able to identify why you weren't successful in the past and how to avoid failure in the future for achieving your goals. You should no longer have any excuses for not accomplishing your goals.
If you have finally decided the time has come to change your lifestyle and the way you do things in more positive ways then my methods are exactly what you need. Try them. You'll love the feeling when your goals become reality. I guarantee it.

I don't believe I am a "worry wart" now but some times things do concern me and I may tend to worry about it somewhat. However I've learned most times things aren't worth worrying about. Things usually turn out for the best even though they might not turn out as exactly you wanted them to be.
