If You Want to Succeed, Go to a Blacksmith!

Have you ever watched a blacksmith at work? Look at the procedure for working with raw metal that every blacksmith follows: 1. Heat the metal until it's red-hot. 2. Mold it into the desired form by hitting it with a heavy hammer. 3. Plunge it into a bucket of cold water. 4. Watch the metal crackle in response to the sudden change in temperature. 5. Repeat the process until the metal achieves its perfect shape and form. Sometimes, the metal can't withstand such harsh treatment, and it breaks. The metal has proven to be useless, so the blacksmith throws it away.
