A referee is an energetic or a sharp person who supervises the rules of sports. This person has authority in the sport and is legally responsible for commanding during live match. Capabilities:

The player is not compelled to take action urgently, but ought to do so if the balls go out of range. 
Responsibilities:
• Inflict the rules of the game.• Managing the livescores during matches as the organizer referees.• Make sure that the players obey the rules effectively without any violation.• He must make sure that no unauthorized personality could enter in the playing field.
• Point out the start of a new soccer match once it has been blocked.Referee is allowed to hold a whistle, a wrists watch, punishment cards, record slip with a pen and paper and a coin for verification that which team will start after half time. Without a referee soccer will become a mess instead of game.
