The Venum Gold weave Power GI is one of the top BJJ that you can get. The Keiko Raca gold weave BJJ GI is one of the top Jiu Jitsu Kimonos in the world. Keiko Raca is one of the most established BJJ companies and has been going for about 15 years. There GI’s are worn by multiple world champions and the gold weave is one of their most popular GI’s. Made from high quality cotton and constructed with a tailored finish you will find it hard to find a better fitting GI. The GI has been treated with a shrinking and drying process that helps with controlling the shrinkage of the GI after you have washed it. The lapel is made from a very good quality rubber insert that helps to keep the shape of the lapel. This also makes it harder for your opponents to choke you with lapel chokes. Keikos gold weaves are made come in about 5 different colours including blue, black and white making it easy to find a colour of the GI that you like. The trousers are made from a light weight but durable cotton material that weighs 8oz. The trousers have a rope drawstring that helps keeping the trousers tied and is also stronger than the normal variety drawstring that comes with most GI’s. This is an excellent GI and if you can afford it then it’s definitely worth adding to your collection of GI’s.

The gold weave used is high quality cotton and is light weight and durable. The trousers are tapered for competition and thick for durability. This BJJ GI is an ideal competition GI or as a second GI for your training. 
Atama is one of oldest and most trusted brands in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a lot of the biggest stars in BJJ wearing an Atama GI at one point or another. Royce Gracie wore and Atama GI in his first appearances in the UFC. Atama’s new Black gold weave is based around their original gold weave but has been rebranded with a new look. The GI itself is the same but has redesigned patches and embroideries and also the Atama logo trim has been added inside the sleeves and lapel. The new black gold weave is comfortable, strong and light weight. It’s lighter than their double weave and more durable than most single weaves. Atama made a change to the material used for this GI and it’s been woven differently and it’s this difference that gives the gold weave its soft touch without sacrificing its durability. The Atama black gold weave would be ideal for competition or as an everyday GI due to its tapered body and sleeves.
