Every month the Ultimate Fighting Championships are touting the biggest Main Event showing on Pay Per View or Live at the event (If you live in that city). Either of these choices can be costly. Most cable and satellite companies are charging $80 to 100 dollars, depending on the market you live, and attending the live event could cost anywhere from $300-3000 dollars for one ticket. So what is the alternative to seeing these great fights on a slim budget?

Yes there are a lot of dirty bars out there that have one of their five 19" televisions on the fight and you may catch a glimpse of part of a bout or see the replay after it's over. I titled this article "where is the best place to watch the UFC for free.

Believe it or not my friends gather once a month and get to see MMA fighting on television for free,The Best Place to Watch the UFC For Free Articles drink beer, eat deep fried chicken wings and as a bonus get to look at hot women. Where? At our local Hooters restaurant. As long as you get there somewhat early you can get a seat, eat some hot wings, enjoy a few beers and the scenery is usually good too. We have found that the "A" team is on shift for fight nights.

Getting together with friends is sometimes hard to do when we all have busy schedules, families or other things that get in the way of hanging out together. A couple of us decided once a month was a reasonable to plan and get together at Hooter's. The two or three of us regulars grew into anywhere from 3 to 10 of us at one time. We usually decide on one of us getting to the restaurant an hour and a half early to either get a table or sign in on the waiting list. Then the rest of us show up a little before the first fight. They have flat screens all around the walls and getting a good angle to watch from your seat is a pretty easy thing to do. And again the "A team" is usually working that night.

It's also a good time to get with friends that you may not see that often. Most of us have busy lifestyles and a night out for the above mentioned as well as seeing some of the greatest fights and hanging out with friends once a month keeps us all sane. I am not sure if all Hooters around the country do this but it's definitely worth a call to them to ask. If the manager has any kind of marketing skills he/she will realize that by them spending the $100 for the satellite fee could bring them thousands of dollars in wing and beer revenue.
